The whirlwind of excitement around Sincil Bank is unprecedented, unparalleled and frankly unbelievable. 5050 season tickets already sold with more likely to follow, meaning we will possibly see the highest average attendances at Sincil Bank since it was fully renovated.
Purchase options for tickets have been varied, finance schemes have been available as have different concessions and pricing plans. However, the club cannot capture everyone, and once again the Fans Player Scheme is aiming to help the final few fans unable to take advantage of the club’s schemes.
For £35 per month over a ten month period, fans can pay into the FPS and guarantee a ticket for every home match of the season. No more hoping to pick one up on the sly, no more panicking thinking you’ll be relegated to a pub on the High Street whilst those with Season Tickets take up all of the seating. Instead, you could be at every Lincoln City home league game this season.
Just think, with 5050 season tickets sold, potentially another 500 Junior Imps on top of that, numbers of spare tickets begin to become scarce. If the away team bring 1800, and we assume a further 800 complimentary, staff and player tickets, there could be fewer than 2000 tickets going on general sale. All well and good for a Tuesday night visit of Forest Green, but what about that top-of-the-table New Year’s Day clash with Grimsby Town?
It couldn’t be easier to set up the new FPS system either. You create a standing order to Andrew Helgesen, and then you can pick the seat you want. The tickets will be passed to you on a game by game basis, but your seat will remain in the same place all season.
This is another scheme straight from the mind of the 2017 Volunteer of the Season and all-round good bloke Helgy, and it should help those people unable to take advantage of a full season ticket. The other FPS schemes are still available to those just wanting a single home ticket a month, or a home ticket and a shirt each month.
I won’t put the bank details on here, but those that are interested in any FPS scheme should contact Helgy via Lincoln City Banter or the Red Imps Banter pages on Facebook. If you’re having difficulty getting hold of him, email me gary@staceywest.net and I’ll pass the relevant details on.
Don’t miss out on what could be another exciting season with Danny and Nicky at the helm. Sign up today.
This might be a stupid question but what is the advantage? It would be cheaper to buy a season ticket at £320 than the £350 here.
I suspect some people cannot use the other means of monthly payments.
Ah got you. Thanks. Hopefully there will be a 6 pack available as an exile, although unlikely. Amazing times!
There is an FPS scheme that guarantees one home game a m9nth. That’s good value.
So what happens regarding cup or away games as a FPS member, does thatbhelp or hinder
Thanks for this Gaz. It’s right up my street. Not on FB but sent tweet to the Banter site

Clearly it was a stupid question Jonathan. But too would be interested to know as well why this is a better scheme. That is not to knock it, just don’t understand.
I’ve answered the question on the other thread mate.
