Continuing our review of the year through the medium of quiz, we’re now into September and October.

It was a fortnight packed with red cards, comebacks, dry spells and unbeaten runs. It was the ‘coming of age’ period, the time when the National League became yesterday’s news and the Football League stopped being a novelty. No longer did we go around wide-eyed at the prospect of playing Exeter City and Wycombe, we were back and ready to show we belonged.
