Given that I ran an article on Sam Clucas today, I thought I’d put together a quiz all about players who were at the club the same season he was.

That means scouring the hard drive for pictures lovingly crafted by Bubs, of faces you may or may not find familiar. There will be some on here that you get, I’m sure, but a couple even had me stumped. I’ve chucked in a couple of guess the opposition questions too, just to give you a respite from largely forgettable footballers.

I’m sure fans of a certain vintage remember 2009/10 well. We struggled to attract players in the summer, got rid of Peter Jackson early and then brought in Chris Sutton, a decision described as a calculated risk which blew up in our face. We used no fewer than 40 different players over the course of the campaign, which means there might even be a part two to this quiz!
