It seems my quiz yesterday wasn’t quite hard enough.
Out of 17, I saw some 15s and 16s, even two 17s. Full marks on a quiz that I marked ‘devilishly hard‘ simply won’t do. Well, it wasn’t that hard apparently, was it?
As we had a free afternoon, Bubs and I got our heads together and picked some players from the archives you’re sure not to remember. Plus, to make it a bit tougher, you have three answers to choose from now. No more lucky guesses.
All these obscure players, I might have to do an article in the week reminding you who they were! For now, let’s see if you can work your way through them yourself. They go as far back as 2002/03, and are as recent as 2015/16.
