I must apologise to Mark, having not had a chance to be part of the pod recorded last night by Ben and Jake.
However, welcome to the second of our special podcasts featuring former players. Today, it’s the turn of Mark Hone, a combative midfielder who has turned radio pundit in recent years. Mark played for the Imps in the days of John Beck and was a key part of the 1996/97 team that shocked Manchester City in the Coca-Cola Cup.
I can’t wait to listen to the pod; Ben tells me there’s plenty about Man City, as well as John Beck, and some chat about Mark’s son Danny, who also appeared for the Imps. If you’ve heard him on the radio, then you’re going to love this podcast.
