A City United – ONE YEAR Subscription
‘A City United’ is a brand new monthly magazine following football in the city of Lincoln. Although it features Lincoln City and Lincoln United at it’s heart, it covers all football in the city. The cover price for the magazine will be £3 per issue if purchased from one of our sellers or other channels, with £1 for P&P where posted.
A year long subscription is just £42 including P&P, which means P&P is just 50p rather than £1.30! That’s a £9.60 saving on buying individually.

Issue One is packed full of great stuff. We take a look at August for the Imps and the Whites, offering travel advice and discussing opportunities to visit one when the other is away. We’ve got features on both teams too, a look at City’s new signings and a look back at cult hero Simon Yeo. The headline feature is an interview with Rob Bradley and Peter Doyle after the inaugural City United cup match between our city sides.
If your interest is a little wider than those two clubs, fear not. We’re running features on Sunday League football too, and the first issue looks at last seasons league finishes, and how they line up for this season. We’ll look at the decline in the Sunday League too, and in future issues we’ll be shining a light on all the recesses of Sunday football, chatting to those Sunday League heroes and the unsung volunteers that keep grass roots football going.
We’ve also got an article about the Mid Lincs Youth League, and how not all players can be the best on the pitch. I discuss winning ‘Clubman of the Year’, twice, whilst trying to score goals for Wragby. Again, once the season kicks off we’ll have coverage of the kids game in Lincoln too.
Phew, is that it? Nope. Dean Christopher will be writing a monthly piece on Lincoln Moorlands Ladies too, and if that isn’t enough for you we have features from Jamie Ward, the author Ian Plenderleith and Dominic Picksley too.
How did you ever do without this magazine?
