Ah, after seven goalless games he bagged against Hartlepool, and then had a month to remember. Away at Barnet he grabbed three (two penalties) to set us on our way to a 5-0 win.
Leon Mettam got his first Imps goal in this game as well.

No penalties in this one – City blew Rochdale away with a sensational performance. This really was the quintessential John Schofield performance, the one we’ll always remember. Forrester was electric, as were Mark Stallard (2) and Jeff Hughes (2).
A game to remember forever.
