Huddersfield lost 1-0 to Harrogate, which cost them their place at the top of the group, but with a 6-2 win against Newcastle United Under-21s, they proved their strength and depth.

It will give us a chance at revenge, as they knocked us out of the AWS back in 1994/95, winning on a golden goal. Iain Dunn slotted in from close range to fire the Terriers into a 3-2 lead and in doing so, wrote his name into history.
Huddersfield are currently below the Imps in the League One table, with manager Lee Grant under pressure to push them towards the top six, where many felt they’d be.
For the record, Barnsley’s reward for finishing second was a trip to Port Vale.
