Now the EFL fixtures are out, Sky have given the dates that they will be deciding which games are going to feature on the channel.
After being on TV more than Game of Thrones last year, the Imps will surely be one of the big draws for the TV cameras? Possible games include clashes against Grimsby Town, Mansfield Town and maybe even Forest Green.
The EFL and Sky Sports have agreed to produce the ‘television windows’ for match selections in an effort to help fans when it comes to making plans to travel to matches. Many Imps were left struggling to make games changed at short notice for TV last season, so it appears the EFL are (on this rare occasion) thinking of the fans.
The EFL promise that there will be a public announcement within three working days for fans to make alterations, so in essence despite announcing the games and dates early, the EFL reserve the right to change dates at times up to three working days prior to a game.
