This weekend, after City and Shrewsbury, we’re putting on a live podcast and it’s completely free.
We’re calling it the Stacey West Royal Ramble, and while there won’t be any fighting, it promises to be fun anyway! The event will take place at Tension Twisted Realities on Croft Street. It’s a venue we’ve got a lot of time for, and they’ve generously offered us the space and their ticketing system at no cost, so a huge thank you to them.
The event was for Patreons only, but we pledged if there were any tickets left, we’d go public. Well, there are tickets left, only a couple, and if you wish to come along, you just need to book them. It’s free, but only those on the list will be admitted.

The evening will feature a live version of our regular podcast, with all the usual nonsense and chat you’ve come to expect — but we’re also lining up some exclusive content that won’t be recorded or released anywhere else. It’s just for those in the room on the night. Think of it as a little thank-you for being part of our community.
Expect all four of us to be there — yes, including Gibraltar Charlie. As for the venue itself, it’s got a great atmosphere, a bar stocked with bottled drinks (no draught, just a heads up), and they serve food — the kind my dad affectionately calls ‘basket meals’. Since they’re letting us use the place for free, we’d love for you to support them by grabbing a drink or a bite while you’re there.

We’re opening the doors at 6:45, with a start time around 7:30. Chris and I will analyse the Shrewsbury game, then Charlie and Ben have a special segment for you on our current squad. After that, we’re going to have a quiz, some audience participation (maybe even some Burridge, for fans of the old game) and a laugh. We’ll finish with a QnA, and while we are still hoping for a special guest, that won’t be confirmed until the day.
We’ll also be drawing the London Marathon raffle, tickets to be sold by me on the RICT stand on Saturday, and at the event. There’s some great prizes to be had, which you can read about here.
The link you need for tickets is right here – the last time I checked we were only FOUR off being a sell out, so you’ll need to be mega-quick.
