Boston United have completed the return of Norwich City forward Ken Aboh, with the 21-year-old joining the Pilgrims on loan until the January transfer window.
Aboh spent much of last season at the Jakemans Community Stadium and has now returned ahead of United’s National League opener against Aldershot Town on Saturday. The forward initially joined Boston from Norwich in November 2025, with what started as a short-term agreement eventually extended until the end of the campaign.
He made 23 appearances in all competitions during that first spell, including 21 in the National League, scoring once. His goal came away at FC Halifax Town in January, during Paul Hurst’s first game following his return as Boston manager.
Aboh came through the academy at Norwich and signed his first professional contract with the Canaries in 2022. After impressing at youth level, he was handed his senior debut during the 2023/24 Championship campaign.
He subsequently gained experience elsewhere in the EFL, joining Stevenage on loan in August 2024. Aboh made seven appearances in all competitions for the League One side, scoring once in the EFL Trophy, before returning to Carrow Road in January 2025. A further loan followed with Colchester United, where he made two League Two appearances, before his first switch to Boston later that year.
Aboh remains a Norwich player, but another spell in the National League should provide him with the opportunity for regular senior football. He has been allocated the number 11 shirt by Hurst for the new campaign. His arrival strengthens a Boston squad preparing for another season at National League level, with the Pilgrims beginning their campaign against Aldershot at the Jakemans Community Stadium.
The deal remains subject to final approval from the Football Association and National League.
