Jonny Margetts has bagged his first goal in a City shirt since his return from Scunthorpe United.
He is the only first team player to be named in the Under 21s team tonight for the match against Gainsborough Trinity U21s, and at half time his strike gave Lincoln a 1-0 lead, a lead they hung on to until the end of the match.
Margetts is looking to build his match fitness after a spell on the side lines at Glumford Park, and a goal is perhaps an indication that he is beginning to get somewhere near match fit.
Margetts started alongside Archie Moyses, Regan Start and Jenk Acar for Lincoln in the game that kicked off at 7.45pm
