Imperfect Focus – Perfect for Christmas

Graham Burrell and I haven’t been pushing our Imps book recently, we’re always eager to let the club lead the way and the excellent ‘On The Road With Lincoln City’ was recently released.

However, we’re now in full flow, our books are ordered from the printers and we’re delighted with how the initial sales went. Unfortunately the limited edition prints we were offering have now expired, but that isn’t the end of the offers.

If you’re one of the next 50 people to order, you’ll get our unique ‘subbuteo’ design postcard free with you copy. The design is available here to view and is strictly limited. Once these have all gone I’ll be changing the kits on the design meaning you’ll have one of only 50! Of course, they are available to buy as a standalone item if you so desire.

Imperfect Focus is a brief history of Lincoln City from 2003-2017, primarily a vehicle for the wonderful photography of Graham Burrell but also peppered with a few words from myself along the way. It’s 10″ x 8″ sized, a great format to bring you some of the heroes and villains of Lincoln past.

It features fan pics from across the era, a special feature on last season and the FA Cup run, but more importantly fifteen years of unseen Bubs material. Nobody has had the unprecedented access to his hard drives as I have recently  and some of his ‘Keith Alexander’ years are a joy to see.

If you know an Imp who you haven’t bought a Christmas present for yet, here’s your answer. If you’re an Imp writing your list to Santa, make sure you get this right at the top in big bold letters.

You can order to collect at the Accrington home game (in the league, not the FLT) here.

You can order to have your copy posted out as soon as it’s in stock here (estimated Dec 8th)

Please remember the special offer is limited, first come, first served. If you have any enquiries, questions or comments, is the place to direct them.

Also, don’t forget my other books, A Season in Blogs (I know, terrible title) and Who’s who of Lincoln City 1993-2016 are still available on Amazon. Amazingly they’re selling well as Imps who didn’t get them last year or in the summer beg for copies this Christmas. I hope Santa has me on speed dial!
