An Alternative Keith Alexander XI

CF: Rory May

One of my favourite names to pull out of the hat when talking about forgotten strikers. He had started his career as an apprentice at Coventry, spent time with Tamworth as part of his development, but was released in 2003 for Keith to snap him up.

It was hoped he would bring the goals that Keith seemed to be searching for his entire stint as manager. May wasn’t even remotely close to filling the gap.

Two starts, no goals and he went to Halifax Town on loan, then found himself released. If I wrote Redditch United, Sutton Coldfield Town, Stourport Swifts, Solihull Borough, Brackley Town, Stratford Town, Hednesford Town and Worcester City I still wouldn’t have listed all the clubs that followed in his career.
