‘Turbo,’ named by the Swindon fans for his all action displays for them, suffered a brief injury hit career at City.
He never eclipsed his Swindon form at Sincil Bank after sustaining a foot injury during his only pre-season at the club. He turned out to be more 1.2 petrol hybrid than anything turbo-charged.
By the time he battled back to fitness the side looked settled and he made just 11 mediocre starts after a loan spell at Worksop. His contract wasn’t renewed in the summer of 2006 and he later joined Worksop permanently.
