Lazio Eye Norwich City Attacker
Lazio are showing interest in Norwich City attacker Oscar Schwartau, with the Italian club considering a move for the 20-year-old, according to Sport Witness.
The report cites Italian outlet Corriere della Sera, which claims Lazio want to sign a number of young players as part of their rebuild under Rino Gattuso. Schwartau is said to have attracted attention because of his versatility, having played across the attacking line during his time at Norwich.
The Dane made 34 Championship appearances in 2025/26 and contributed to six goals. He mainly played from the left last season, but was also used on the right and in central positions, having shown similar flexibility during the previous campaign.
Lazio’s proposed deal would be an initial loan with an option to buy. That option could become an obligation if certain conditions are met, although the Serie A side are waiting for sales before making their move.
A transfer meeting involving new sporting director Angelo Peruzzi is expected to shape Lazio’s next steps. Schwartau played European football during his time with Brondby and is represented by BTAM, who also work with Lazio pair Gustav Isaksen and Oliver Provstgaard.
