As the Championship season gets underway this evening, here’s the second part of Lincoln City’s expected ticket prices and allocations for the 26/27 campaign.
In this section, we cover the Imps’ run of fixtures in London, alongside returning to the scenes of some famous away days.
On the whole, ticket prices seem to be relatively settled just above the £30 mark, though there is one significant outlier that has already made headlines.
This latest guide covers the fixtures in the final two months of 2026, and details all the relevant information so you don’t need to look!
7) Watford
Date: Tuesday 3rd November (19:45)
Ticket Prices: £31 Adults, £19 Over 65, £16 19-21 & £10 U18
Expected Allocation (if required): 2313
After successive Saturdays at home, the penultimate month of 2026 begins with another trip south, just outside of London, to face Watford. As such, prepare for a couple of expensive away days! The Hornets haven’t given any indication of which matches are categorised in what manner, though three of their first four matches are priced the same.
However, their midweek clash with Preston North End is cheaper than the other three fixtures. I would expect that to be the same, if not slightly more expensive, than the amount that Imps supporters will pay. £31, relative to the rest of the division, isn’t a horrendous price in the modern climate. Lincoln supporters will occupy half the Vicarage Road Stand behind one of the goals, with the allocation varying between 2246 and 2313 for Watford’s clashes with Southampton and West Ham United.
We should receive, if we need it, a figure closer to the latter, though there isn’t a massive amount of difference between the two figures.
8) Queens Park Rangers
Date: Saturday 7th November (15:00)
Ticket Prices: Adults £33-£41, Concessions (Over 63 & U23) £24-30, U18 £18-22, U8 Free (Unavailable in Gold pricing)
Expected Allocation: 1760
Instead of an FA Cup 1st Round fixture on the first weekend of November, Lincoln return to the capital to face Queens Park Rangers. Unfortunately, the Hoops made headlines for all the wrong reasons when Bolton Wanderers announced ticket details for their visit to West London next Saturday. QPR operate quite a complex ticket map, whereby they split between Gold and Silver pricing.
Gold is significantly more expensive at £41 for adults, while Silver tickets are supposedly slightly worse in location, but £7 cheaper. There are also restricted views across both categories, while the bronze tickets, accompanied by the infamous photo where you can barely see any of the pitch, no longer exist.
QPR allocate the top tier of the Achilleus Security Stand for away supporters, which brings a similar allocation to that of their London rivals Millwall. Home spectators occupy the lower tier of the stand at a significantly lower price.
9) Charlton Athletic
Date: Tuesday 24th November (19:45)
Ticket Prices: Adults £20, Concessions (Over 65 & U21) £15 , U18 £10, U12 £5
Expected Allocation (if required): 3065
Another Tuesday night match brings another midweek trip to Charlton Athletic. While it’s another long trip on a work/school night, there is better news on the pricing front. The Addicks meeting with Lincoln is one of two bronze category matches in the first half of the season, with ticket prices starting from £20 for home fans.
While they haven’t released a guide for pricing across all ages, the pricing structure for silver matches indicates that Imps supporters should expect to be charged the same price as Charlton fans. It therefore should be our cheapest away match of the season so far by some distance, though the above concession prices are estimates based on the other categories. The allocation shouldn’t be an issue for this fixture, with away fans once again housed in the Jimmy Seed Stand, holding over 3000 seats.
10) Cardiff City
Date: Saturday 5th December (15:00)
Ticket Prices: Adults £29, Senior 60+ £22, 16-21 £18 & U16 £14
Expected Allocation (if required): 3219
Returning to the scene of one of our finest games last season, a December trip to South Wales will provide City supporters who weren’t there for that famous afternoon in March another chance to visit the Cardiff City Stadium. Lincoln are a Category B fixture for the Bluebirds, which seems slightly odd given that Middlesbrough and Norwich City are two of the sides in a lower category.
The away end remains the same from last season, though there is potential for a slightly higher allocation versus our visit earlier this year. Wrexham received 3219 tickets for their all-Welsh clash on Monday evening, while Sheffield United were granted 2875 tickets at the CCS later in August. We are in the same category as the Blades, so adult prices fall under the £30 mark.
11) Derby County
Date: Saturday 19th December (15:00)
Ticket Prices: Adults £30, Concessions (Senior 66+ & 18-21) £23, 13-17 £15, 6-12 £8, 2-5 Free
Expected Allocation (if required): 3000 (approximately)
Lincoln fans have got used to visiting Pride Park in recent years, and this will be our second trip to Derby County in the 26/27 season. The away end is located in the same place as our League Cup clash last Saturday, though it will be expanded if demand is met. Cardiff were allocated 3000 tickets for their match in the East Midlands next weekend, while West Bromwich Albion have received 2600 tickets for their midweek clash next month.
Prices are slightly difficult to work out, given the Rams haven’t released a pricing grid for the upcoming 26/27 matches. However, with their fixtures against Cardiff, West Brom and Swansea City on sale to away supporters, we can try and work out a rough pricing range. The Bluebirds are being charged more than their local rivals, though it is the first home match of the season for the East Midlands outfit.
Derby also have home tickets on sale for their fixtures against Birmingham City, Wrexham and Stoke City, all matching the pricing structure for the visit of Cardiff. Given it’s a Saturday just before Christmas, and it’s a local fixture, I’m inclined to err on the side of caution and say we’ll be charged closer to the Bluebirds prices at £30 for adults.
12) Burnley
Date: Tuesday 29th December (19:45)
Ticket Prices: Adults £28, Concessions (Over 65 and U21) £24, U18 £15
Expected Allocation (if required): 2000
Rounding off 2026 in a fitting venue, this is the fixture for many that brings us full circle. Turf Moor was the location for our FA Cup upset against Burnley in 2017, when we reached the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. A lot has changed for both sides since then, with one of the smaller alterations being the location of the away end.
Looking from the pitch towards the Barnfield Construction Stand, away fans now occupy the right-hand side of this stand. The Clarets have tweaked this further ahead of the 26/27 campaign to allow a further 600 tickets for home supporters. As a result, the allocation for away fans now stands at 2000.
Burnley do have a pricing grid, split into three categories. There does seem to be an error with this compared with the price tickets are actually on sale for, but I feel we’ll be a Category B game, given the timing of this fixture. That has a small saving for our supporters making the trip to Lancashire inbetween Christmas and New Year.
