Five League one players out of contract this summer who could improve the Imps’ squad

Graham Carey

Carey has four goals and nine assists this season for Plymouth, adding to the 14 strikes and 15 helping hands he leant out last season. He’s a mercurial talent, sitting behind the front players and usually operating from deep.

The 29-year-old is a League Two promotion veteran too, having helped Adams get Plymouth out of the basement division following a move from Ross County in 2016

He’s another who won’t be assured of his future until after April and that leaves the window wide open. He’s likely to be in high demand, he was linked with Championship moves last summer.

You know, like Cian Bolger.
