Zié Mohamed Ouattara, Radomiak Radom
Zié Mohamed Ouattara might be the most naturally Championship-ready player on the list. The Ivory Coast full-back combines strong defensive output with genuine attacking production, and his underlying numbers are excellent across almost every category that matters for a modern right-back.
His crossing and chance creation stand out immediately. He ranks in the 95th percentile for successful crosses and over the 90th percentile for big chances created, which suggests Radomiak actively build attacks through him. That is reinforced by his touch volume, which is unusually high for a full-back.
Defensively, the numbers remain strong. His duel success rate, tackle output and interception data all point towards a player comfortable defending aggressively in wide spaces, while his dribbling numbers suggest he can progress the ball himself rather than relying solely on passing combinations.
The complication, from a Lincoln perspective, is obvious. Tendayi Darikwa remains captain and one of the strongest personalities in the dressing room, and even allowing for age and the step up to the Championship, replacing him outright feels unlikely. Equally, a 26-year-old performing at this level probably does not move to England to become a rotational option.
That said, the stylistic fit is easy to see. Ouattara came through the famed ASEC Mimosas academy, which has produced elite-level talent for decades, and he has spent significant time developing in Portugal, both environments associated with technically polished footballers. If Lincoln wanted genuine competition and succession planning at right-back, this is the calibre of player they would need to identify.

Well done Jack for your Hat Trick for Eire !
