Narek Grigoryan, Farul Constanța
Narek Grigoryan may be the most realistic blend of affordability, stylistic fit and upside on the list. The Armenian international plays for one of Romania’s most direct sides, operating mainly from the right wing in a 4-3-3 system built around intensity and transition moments.
The raw goal contribution numbers are not spectacular, but the underlying metrics are encouraging. His chance creation, dribbling and duel numbers all suggest a winger comfortable receiving under pressure and carrying the ball aggressively at defenders. Importantly, he also contributes heavily without possession.
That defensive work is perhaps the biggest attraction. His tackle numbers are exceptionally high for a winger and his possession-winning data in the final third suggests genuine commitment to pressing. Some of that is naturally system-driven because Farul defend aggressively from the front, but Lincoln value wide players who work relentlessly off the ball, so the translation feels believable.
There are still areas needing refinement. He does not appear to be an elite finisher, and there is limited evidence of top-end creative production, but at 24, there may still be room for development. His contract situation is also interesting, with only an option year beyond 2026, potentially making a deal more realistic financially than several others on this list.
Compared to some names here, Grigoryan perhaps lacks star quality, but he may actually fit the Championship transition best: tactically disciplined, physically committed and already functioning within a direct, aggressive system.

Well done Jack for your Hat Trick for Eire !
