It’s now just 36 hours until the inaugural Stacey West FC and British Heart Foundation match at Ashby Avenue, in aid of the Lincoln City Foundation.

It’s tomorrow night, gates are at 6:30, kick off is 7:30, and the Stacey West team are ready. Mark Hone has been looking at his players, discussing formations, and I’ve advised as well. We’ve got an exciting team including Simon Yeo, Dean West and Terry Hawkridge. We’ve got some Saturday players in our squad as well as a few of your Stacey West favourites. Me? No boots or shin pads. Shame…

However, we also have a raffle, and the prizes keep on totting up. We’ve now had an Adam Jackson 2023/24 away shirt donated to the cause, fully signed by the squad from that season. It’s the white and green away kit, and signatures include the players who started that season. It’s the second shirt we’ve got added to the prizes, and it’s a great grab for someone.

If you want to enter the raffle, you can do so on the night for £5 per strip. If you want to enter in advance, you can do that as well. Just go to this Just Giving page, pledge a multiple of £5 and add your name. We’ll then add you to this remote raffle ticket sheet so you can see your numbers. At the end of the game, we’ll get those stars of the show (Lincoln players, not you, Stevie Stallard) to draw the raffle.
