It’s the final episode of The Stacey West’s League One Show, as Kyle and Chris review the play-off final and our pre-season predictions.
In the last third-tier game of the season, Bolton Wanderers thrashed Stockport County 4- 1 to win promotion back to the Championship. A week on, we dissect the final and how the game played out, looking at the key and controversial moments that tipped the game in the Trotters’ favour.
Then, it’s onto a full review of our 1-24 pre-season predictions. We recorded these predictions on a former site where we were part of the podcast team, EFL Hub. Without giving too much away, we had quite a few misses! It’s all good fun though, as we go through each side in the third tier, starting at the bottom, and briefly discuss their season. We also show how we fared in comparison to our predictions.
