We’ve reached 500 episodes of The Stacey West Podcast!
To celebrate, we’re joined by Lincoln City head coaches Chris Cohen and Tom Shaw for a special conversation about their partnership, their journey and leading the Imps in the Championship.
Chris and Tom explain how they first came together, why sharing the head coach role felt natural and what happened behind the scenes when Michael Skubala left.
We also hear why Lincoln kept drawing Chris back, while Tom revisits his memorable appearance in an Imps shirt at Accrington. The pair discuss the challenges of Championship football, the trust they place in our players and the areas they’ve been working on during the international break.
They also reveal their personal highlights so far, including a training session that told them plenty about the character of this squad. There’s time for former Imps favourites, lessons from the managers they played under, competitive pool matches and the serious business of Tom’s fist pumps!
Thank you to everyone who has listened, watched and supported us along the way. Enjoy episode 500, and subscribe for more Lincoln City interviews, discussion and analysis.
