Adam Reach – 7
Our sole outlet for crosses for a while, his delivery certainly wasn’t too bad. Perhaps didn’t get enough opportunity to affect the game, aside from a free kick which was straight downCooper’s throat.
Tom Bayliss – 6
No fundamental errors, but did appear to be at the scene of the crime as Bamford scored the third. Was punished for the free kick, which seemed harsh, but his delivery left a bit to be desired, which is unusual.
Conor McGrandles – 6
Not quite as dominant as some weeks. Rothwell and Peck won the midfield battle, and while he worked hard, the booking did leave him on a tightrope. Taken off, possibly more as a precaution.
Dom Jefferies – 5
No questioning the commitment, but he was around the ball for all three goals. Struggled to stop the first cross, was left by Chong for the second, and then he and Bayliss didn’t deal with Bamford for the third. Likely to make way for Oyegoke against West Ham.
