Lo-Tutala spent time with West Ham United, Brentford and Tottenham Hotspur as a youngster before joining Hull City in 2022. His first senior football came during an emergency loan at Stevenage, where he made seven appearances towards the end of the 2022/23 season.

He has since built most of his experience with Doncaster Rovers. Lo-Tutala made 20 appearances during his first spell, helping them reach the League Two play-offs and keeping eight clean sheets. After a brief emergency loan at Crawley Town, he returned to Doncaster following their promotion and played another 39 times across all competitions in 2025/26.

His standout moment came in the EFL Trophy against Huddersfield Town, when he saved three penalties in the shootout and was later named Player of the Round. The 23-year-old has also represented France at Under-19 and Under-20 level, including at the Under-19 European Championship and Under-20 World Cup.
