There are only a handful of League One fixtures this weekend, but the news keeps coming thick and fast.
We start with our old friends from down the A15 (or A1 I suppose, depending on your route), Peterborough United. Just for fun.

Darragh MacAnthony Warns Peterborough Boss
Peterborough United owner Darragh MacAnthony has issued a clear message to manager Darren Ferguson, insisting performances and results must improve after the international break.
Speaking on his Hard Truth podcast, MacAnthony admitted frustration at the club’s start to the League One campaign, with only two wins from 11 games leaving Posh at the foot of the table. Despite that, he confirmed Ferguson retains his support for now.
“We’ve got a squad that should not have won only two games in 11. We’re not playing well enough, the football’s not exciting enough, it’s bland,” said MacAnthony.
He revealed a frank discussion took place between himself and the long-serving boss.
“I’m not saying I’m firing you, but I need to know — have you got this?”
Ferguson reportedly promised that an upturn in form is imminent. MacAnthony added that the current version of himself is more measured than the one who might have acted impulsively a decade ago.
Peterborough visit Burton Albion on October 18 before hosting Blackpool a week later — two fixtures the owner described as pivotal to reversing their form.
