I thought I ought to have a keeper on the list to keep Chris happy, and there isn’t one better than West Ham United’s FA Youth Cup-winning stopper, Mason Terry. He’s at Braintree at present and is delivering solid numbers across the board.
The 21-year-old has made 63 saves in the National League this season, level with Marcus Dewhurst at Aldershot. He has conceded the fifth-most number of goals in the division, but that comes from the third-highest number of shots against.
That leaves him fifth in the division for prevented goals, at 3.01. He’s one who will soon be on loan in the EFL, if not in the winter then certainly next summer.
