Most of the players on this list will have some experience of the EFL, maybe an academy or be on loan, but 21-year-old Taylor is different. He’s climbing, and that is a route to the EFL that can be quite exciting.
Mo Eisa climbed. Okay, Taylor is a different position, but coming up through the non-league as a youngster can add a certain steel to their play.
He has two goals and an assist for Aldershot, but is also up there for interceptions and the dirty defensive work. Comfortable at right back and right wing back, he’ll be attracting attention soon.
