Stanley Mills
Mills is a winger currently playing for Oxford United, having joined the club permanently after progressing through the youth ranks at Everton. Before moving to Merseyside, he spent part of his early development with Leeds United, later signing professional terms with Everton and making his senior debut in the EFL Cup in 2022.
A loan move to Oxford United in 2023 gave him regular first-team football and proved to be an important step in his development, despite the spell being interrupted by a serious knee injury. Oxford were convinced enough by his performances to bring him back on a permanent deal in 2025, and he has since established himself in their squad in the Championship. Away from the pitch, he comes from a sporting family, with his father Danny Mills a former England international.
Mills is another who beats players and produces a bit of magic. We like those sorts of players up top, and he’s now got Championship experience as well. If Oxford were to come down, and we were to go up (big ifs) he would make a wise pick for his experience at the level, as well as his high ceiling.
