Dacosta Owusu is a 22-year-old Ghanaian midfielder who plays for Nõmme United. He featured for the club in the Esiliiga during the 2025 season, scoring five goals in six appearances as Nõmme United pushed for promotion.
Owusu has stepped up to the Premium Liiga in 2026 and has started all 10 of Nõmme United’s league matches so far this season, scoring four goals from midfield. There isn’t a lot of information on him; he’s that obscure there isn’t even a Wikipedia page yet, but his numbers have jumped out.
Why Lincoln? It’s a good question. I did my research, then came to write up and had to dig a second time to remember why I’d picked Owusu! He is versatile, playing on the left or through the middle, and he’s one of the most fouled players in the division, proving him hard to handle. He comes from deep to score goals, four so far, and both his dribble success (63%) and his crossing success (53.8%) stand out. He’s hard working as well – 3.32 interceptions per game in the current season, which is comparable with Conor McGrandles for us (3.96).
