Jamie Soule joined West Bromwich Albion’s academy as an eight-year-old and had a brief loan at Barrow before arriving at Lincoln in October 2020. The striker scored on his debut in our EFL Trophy win at Mansfield Town. He made only two appearances for us before injury interrupted his spell. He had previously been linked with Dortmund, so I had every reason to believe he’d go on to better things, even if he looked lightweight for us.
He didn’t.
A later loan at Cheltenham Town was followed by his release from West Brom in 2022. Soule subsequently rebuilt his career at Alvechurch and Weston-super-Mare before joining Rushall Olympic in July 2025, reuniting with former Alvechurch manager Ian Long. He secured the move after impressing during pre-season trials, and Rushall is his latest confirmed club.
