Ten Free Agents That Might Interest Lincoln City In The Championship

Zain Silcott-Duberry

One from nowhere for you. Zain Silcott-Duberry emerged through the academies at Norwich City and Chelsea, where he was regarded as a highly-rated attacking prospect capable of operating across the forward line. After signing professional terms with Chelsea, he joined Bournemouth in January 2025 and made his Premier League debut later that month in a 5-0 win against Nottingham Forest. A move to Olympiacos B followed in September 2025 as he looked for senior experience, before returning to England with Sheffield Wednesday in February 2026. Although still early in his career, the 20-year-old has already gained exposure to Premier League, Championship and overseas football environments, while also representing England at youth level.

Statistically, he averaged 23.8 passes per 90 minutes with a 69.7 per cent completion rate, while also contributing more than 13 duels per game during his spell with Olympiacos B. He’s not a ‘here and now’ player, but there is clearly something there, and as a free transfer squad option, there could be longer-term value.
