Dario Šarić
Dario Šarić was linked with us earlier in the summer, with Bolton Wanderers and Greek side Iraklis also mentioned in connection with the Bosnia and Herzegovina international. He spent last season with Antalyaspor in Turkey after previously playing extensively in Italy, but at 29 he never really looked like the sort of profile we have generally pursued.
There has been no further news since those initial reports, and nothing to suggest City have taken the interest any further. Given his age, he would not qualify as an ESC signing either, which makes the original link feel even less convincing now than it did at the time.
I think we can completely rule this one out.
