Hayden Cann
Hayden Cann was the only member of that four-man bench who did not get on against Crewe, and his subsequent development took place largely away from Sincil Bank. Loans at Gainsborough Trinity, Peterborough Sports and Drogheda United gave him senior experience before he left Lincoln permanently for Dundalk in July 2024.
After Dundalk’s relegation, he joined Derry City in February 2025 and made 26 appearances in all competitions during his season there. Cann then signed for Waterford ahead of the 2026 campaign, continuing a career that has become firmly established in the League of Ireland.
